JLM Innovation is proud to participate in the EU4EU programme by hosting Erasmus students from universities across Europe and providing them with valuable hands-on experience in research, engineering, and innovation.

The EU4EU initiative connects higher education institutions with companies and organisations, enabling students to undertake international internships that complement their academic studies and foster professional growth. Through this programme, students gain practical skills, develop intercultural competencies, and build networks that support their future careers.

At JLM Innovation, Erasmus trainees contribute to projects in areas such as chemical sensing, embedded systems, data analysis, software development, and research activities. Working alongside our multidisciplinary team, students have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges while experiencing an international working environment.

The exchange of ideas, cultures, and expertise benefits both the students and our organisation, strengthening European collaboration and encouraging innovation across borders.
