Easy to use

The JLM USB2TII Smart Sensor Interface connects a PC directly to an IEEE 1451.2 compliant transducer. IEEE 1451.2 transducer provide internal electronic datasheets for plug and play functionality and auto configuration.In addition the interface provides an interface to Dallas 1-Wire® through a virtual com port.

Mobile power

The interface can provide up to 400mA directly from the USB port to the transducer. If connected to a notebook this may provide a mobile measurement solution.

Software support

The interface comes with a suite of software tools. Included are tools to access and test IEEE 1451.2 transducer modules via TII and to read and write IEEE 1451.4 TEDS information via 1-Wire®.Drivers for COM, Java and Delphi are provided. JDDAC drivers are under development.
